Chinese soy sauce
Remove wooded parts of the
Tjiem Tjiem and soak with the mushrooms overnight.
Marinade the chicken parts in the mixture of soy sauce, shredded ginger, shredded garlic, spice powder, bay leaves and sugar.
Bake the leaked chicken parts in oil.
Add the marinade, the
Tjiem Tjiem and the mushrooms and let it simmer till done.
Serve with white rice and cucumber (preserved in 50-up % vinegar + lemon juice, 2 shredded red peppers and 1 shredded garlic clove).
