My Saucony runners are 9 months old with around 450 km. Yesterday they helped me break my record; 5.18 km at 8.6 kph at 126 bpm. The foreboding rain might have helped a bit. The Sauconies are softer and more cushioned than the 3 months old Asics I wear in turn.Another finished; TTC - Einstein's Relativity and the Quantum Revolution.
Quantum theory is still a bit incomprehensible but the 'Copenhagen, cat in the box' should be tried. It will be fatal for many cats but science should rule and my garden alone could do without their visits.
